Our month began with a significant achievement on November 5th, as we received certified membership into The Real Estate Stakeholders Association (RESA). This milestone reinforces our unwavering commitment to ethical real estate practices and collaboration on sustainable property development across Kenya.

The 7th of November brought our monthly Managing Directors' breakfast at Swiss Lenana Mount Hotel, where Dorcas Njuguna delivered an inspiring talk on leveraging social media for personal branding and marketing in real estate. The event also celebrated excellence within our team, as Polly Kinya was recognized as October's salesperson of the month for setting a remarkable company record—the highest individual sales and collections achieved in a single day.

Community Engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility

Community remains at the heart of what we do. On November 9th, we sponsored a grassroots football tournament in Nyathuna Ward, with several staff members joining the action. Our team emerged victorious through penalties, strengthening the bonds that connect us to the communities we serve.

From November 13th to 15th, Amcco participated in the 38th Kenya Homes Expo at KICC, a premier gathering of real estate stakeholders in Nairobi. We networked extensively with potential land buyers, generated promising leads, and showcased our affordable land investment projects while engaging in vital discussions on innovation and sustainable housing solutions in Kenya.

November 21st was particularly memorable. We exhibited at the Limuru Country Club Golf Tournament, supporting the Limuru Education Support Fund for underprivileged learners.

That evening, we attended the Nation Media Group's inaugural Top Property Awards Gala, where Amcco was honored as 1st runners-up for Best Land Selling Company nationwide—a testament to our market leadership and the trust our clients place in us.

The momentum continued on November 22nd with the launch of Namayian Estate Phase 2 in Kimuka, Ngong, broadcast live on Facebook. Between November 25th and 28th, our Managing Director toured Poland and Germany, meeting with Kenyan diaspora clients and spreading awareness of Amcco's land investment offerings—demonstrating our commitment to serving Kenyans wherever they are.

November 29th saw another successful property launch as Sunset Ridge Phase 2 in Kamangu, Kikuyu went live on Facebook. The response has been overwhelming, with 50% of plots already booked or sold, including pre-launch sales that reflected strong market confidence in this premium land development near Nairobi.

We closed the month on November 30th with a successful webinar, "Simplifying Land Ownership for Kenyans in Germany." The session drew excellent turnout and engagement, as participants connected with our MD James Muturi and Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Albert Mburu, discussing land buying processes, title deed transfers, and investment opportunities for Kenyans abroad.
