AMCCO Properties Limited was founded in July 2020 with a single, clear purpose: to give ordinary Kenyans access to affordable, genuinely titled land in areas with real growth potential.
Kenya's land market has long been plagued by fraud, hidden costs, and title deeds that never arrive. We built AMCCO to be different, a company where the price you see is the price you pay, where your title deed arrives in under 30 days, and where every plot we sell has been verified clean before it ever reaches the market.
Today, we operate two offices — at T.H Arcade, Gikambura (Kikuyu) and Milele Mall, Ngong Town — and we serve clients at home in Kenya and across the world. We have issued more than 10,000 title deeds, closed 103 projects, and we carry a 4.9-star Google rating from more than 400 clients who have trusted us with one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

In 2020, our founder James Muturi Kimani identified a gap that no one was filling properly: Kenyans in and around Nairobi wanted to own land but most of what was on the market was either too expensive, legally unclear, or controlled by middlemen who inflated prices and disappeared after payment.
AMCCO was the answer. Starting in the fast-growing corridors of Kikuyu and Ngong, we focused on one thing: bringing properly titled, serviced, and affordable plots for sale that cater directly to investors and homebuyers eager to start building their dream homes immediately; with no agents, no hidden fees, and no waiting months or years for documentation.
In just five years, we have grown from a single project to a company with two full branches, a support team of logistics, digital, administration, and sales professionals, and a track record that speaks for itself in our Google reviews.
