Since 2020, AMCCO Properties has helped Kenyans at home and abroad own titled land in the Nairobi metropolis. We keep our terms short and plain so you know exactly what to expect, from your first site visit to the day you hold your title deed. These terms apply when you use this website, book a site visit or reserve a plot with AMCCO Properties Limited, and by doing so you agree to them. If you buy a plot, your signed Offer Letter and Sale Agreement also apply, and they take priority where they differ from this page.

See as many projects as you like, at no cost
Your money goes only to AMCCO
Pay only into AMCCO Properties Limited's official bank accounts or M-Pesa paybill, exactly as shown on your Offer Letter or receipt, and you will receive an official receipt for every payment. Our staff will never ask you to pay into a personal bank account or personal M-Pesa number. If a payment request looks unusual, call us on +254 701 293 199 before you pay. We cannot be responsible for money sent anywhere else.
See it before you buy
- Site visits are free, and you can visit as many projects as you need before you decide.
- Book online, by phone or on WhatsApp, and our team calls you to agree a date and meeting point.
- Occasionally we may need to reschedule because of weather or road conditions; we will always let you know.
Reserve your plot
- A small booking fee secures your chosen plot while we prepare the paperwork, and it is deducted from the purchase price.
- Your plot is reserved for you once we confirm receipt of the booking fee in writing.
- All you need is a copy of your national ID or passport, your KRA PIN certificate and proof of payment. We guide you through the rest.
No hidden costs
- Our prices are all-inclusive unless stated otherwise: levies, legal fees and transfer costs are covered, as listed in your Offer Letter.
- Pay in full or spread it out: flexible instalment plans are available on selected projects, with amounts and dates set out in your agreement.
- We accept bank transfer, M-Pesa and bank cheque. Cancellations, refunds and late payments follow your signed agreement.
Your title deed
- Every plot we sell has a genuine title deed you can verify at the Ministry of Lands. We provide all the documents for your own search.
- Transfers are handled by advocates with full legal documentation.
- We aim to process your title deed within 30 days of full payment. Government processes can occasionally cause delays, so this is our target rather than a guarantee.
Buy from anywhere
- Many of our buyers live in the USA, UK, UAE and beyond. You can complete your purchase remotely, with virtual site tours and documents for independent verification.
- International bank transfers are accepted.
- A trusted representative may visit for you; anyone signing on your behalf must do so through a registered advocate or a valid power of attorney.
Build when you're ready
- Once you hold your title deed, the land is yours to build on, lease or sell.
- Prefer us to handle it? Our buy-and-build service takes your home from foundation to finishing, under its own separate agreement.
Honest about growth
- We choose locations near new roads and infrastructure, where land values have historically grown.
- Appreciation and return figures on this website come from past trends and our research. They are not a promise of future value; land prices can fall as well as rise, so decide for yourself or take independent advice.
Your information is safe
- We collect only what we need, such as your name, phone number and email, to answer you, arrange visits, process your purchase and keep you updated by phone, SMS, WhatsApp and website chat.
- We follow Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019. Contact us any time to see, correct or delete your information.
The fine print
- Prices, availability and plot details can change without notice. Nothing on this website is an offer or contract, and photos, drone footage and maps are for illustration, so confirm plot details with us before paying.
- Our text, photos, videos and logos may not be reused commercially without our written permission. Links to other sites, such as Google Maps and WhatsApp, are run by those companies.
- As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses from relying on website content alone, from the site being unavailable, or from payments made outside our official channels. Nothing here limits your rights under Kenyan consumer protection law.
- We may update these terms; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
