2025 marked five years since Amcco Properties started making land ownership accessible to everyday Kenyans. To serve more people, we launched our Ngong branch in February 2025 (after starting operations in December 2024), bringing us closer to one of Kenya's fastest-growing real estate markets.

Our sales team shattered company records three times in 2025—highest daily collection twice, highest monthly sales by one person twice. Two top performers received the latest iPhone as recognition.

But it wasn't easy. Team members left, new people joined, and we adapted. We invested heavily in professional development through monthly MD's Breakfasts, 10-week executive management training, and full-day customer service workshops.

Team building activities, from go-karting to our November retreat at Nkasiri, helped maintain morale through change.

Expanding Our Voice

In 2025, Amcco increased visibility across Kenya through Inooro TV (three MD interviews plus regular ads), radio campaigns on Hope FM and Egesa FM, and seven-day digital presence on Citizen TV YouTube and Facebook. This media strategy helped more Kenyans discover affordable land ownership opportunities.

Community Impact Beyond Business

Real estate builds communities. Our 2025 initiatives included donating storybooks to the Kamangu Comprehensive School, sponsoring #WatotoWasome twice, tree planting on Mazingira Day, sponsoring grassroots football tournaments, and providing food packages to 165 families during the 2025 Thigio Christmas Kitty. We also supported local businesses with reflector jackets for bodaboda riders, aprons for market women, and awarded six content creators with shopping vouchers worth Ksh. 5,000 and varied merchandise.

As we begin 2026, we're expanding beyond Kikuyu and Ngong to serve more Kenyans across the country. More premium projects are coming. More families will receive their title deeds. More Kenyans—at home and abroad—will achieve land ownership dreams.
