September at AMCCO Properties: A Month of Growth, Milestones and New Beginnings

September 2026 was a month filled with milestones, customer success stories, new investment opportunities and continued growth at AMCCO Properties Ltd.

As we continue our journey in Kenya’s real estate industry, the month gave us several reasons to celebrate from delivering title deeds to customers and launching new projects to investing in our people and expanding our reach.

Here is a look back at some of the moments that defined September at AMCCO Properties.

57 Title Deeds Delivered: Turning Investments Into Ownership

One of the biggest milestones of September was the delivery of 57 title deeds to our customers.

Behind every title deed is a story a decision to invest, a commitment to the future and the satisfaction of seeing land ownership become official.

At AMCCO Properties, we understand that a title deed is more than a document. It represents ownership, security and an important milestone in the journey towards building a future through property.

57 title deeds delivered. 57 ownership milestones celebrated.

This achievement reflects our continued commitment to serving our customers and supporting them throughout their journey from investment to ownership.

Tulivu Gardens Launch: A New Investment Opportunity

September also marked the launch of Tulivu Gardens, introducing another exciting investment opportunity to the AMCCO Properties portfolio.

Located along the Kimuka–Kisamis Road, near JM Shopping Centre, Tulivu Gardens features 50×100 plots in an area experiencing continued development and improving accessibility.

The launch brought prospective buyers together with the AMCCO team for a day of site visits, engagement and exploration of the project.

Customers also enjoyed free lunch, drinks and entertainment as they experienced the location first-hand.

With water and electricity availability, Wi-Fi accessibility, flat red soil suitable for residential development and farming, and its position along a developing tarmac road, Tulivu Gardens offers customers an opportunity to secure land in a growing location.

The project launched at KSh 699,000, with 43 plots available.

For AMCCO Properties, the Tulivu Gardens launch was more than the introduction of another project. It was another step towards creating accessible opportunities for Kenyans looking to own land and invest in their future.

AMCCO Gardens Nachu-Ndacha Takes Centre Stage

September was also an important month for AMCCO Gardens Nachu-Ndacha, with the project attracting continued attention from customers and investors.

The project continues to benefit from growing accessibility and infrastructure development in the surrounding area, reinforcing the importance of location when making a property investment.

Throughout the month, our teams engaged customers through site visits and project presentations, giving prospective buyers an opportunity to see the location, understand the surrounding developments and make informed investment decisions.

At AMCCO Properties, we believe that customers should have the opportunity to experience a project for themselves before making an investment decision.Accessibility and Infrastructure Matter Infrastructure and accessibility remain important factors when considering property investment.

During September, our project teams continued highlighting the road networks and developments connecting our projects to surrounding towns and key routes.

Improved accessibility can influence how an area develops and how practical it becomes for residential, commercial and future investment purposes.

Our focus remains on identifying opportunities in locations with potential while giving customers the opportunity to visit, explore and understand the areas where they are investing.

Six Years of AMCCO Properties

2026 is a special year for AMCCO Properties as the company celebrates six years in Kenya’s real estate industry.

Six years represents a journey built on customers, teams, projects, challenges, lessons and milestones.

From its beginnings to its growing presence across locations including Kikuyu, Ngong and Thika Road, AMCCO Properties

has continued working towards creating opportunities for Kenyans to own land and invest in property.

The six-year milestone is not only an opportunity to celebrate how far we have come, but also to look ahead at what the future holds.

Investing in Our People

On 28 September 2026, AMCCO Properties held an Emotional Intelligence Breakfast at the KCB Leadership Centre.

The session brought members of the AMCCO team together for conversations around emotional intelligence, leadership, communication and personal development.

A strong organisation is built not only through projects and business growth, but also through its people.

The breakfast provided an opportunity for team members to learn, interact and reflect on how emotional intelligence can influence communication, teamwork and leadership in the workplace.

For AMCCO Properties, investing in people remains an important part of building a stronger organisation.

Growing Stronger as One Team

September also highlighted the importance of teamwork across AMCCO Properties.

From sales and customer service to marketing, project teams and management, different teams continued working together to serve customers and support the company's growing operations.

Every site visit, customer inquiry, property presentation, social media campaign and successful transaction is supported by people working behind the scenes.

As AMCCO continues to grow, collaboration remains at the centre of our journey.

Preparing for the Thika Road Chapter

As September came to a close, AMCCO Properties was preparing for another major milestone the opening of the Thika Road Branch on 1 October 2026.

The new branch represents another step in expanding AMCCO's presence and bringing our services closer to customers along the Thika Road corridor.

Following our established presence in Kikuyu and Ngong, the Thika Road Branch creates another opportunity to connect with customers and investors in Nairobi and its surrounding areas.

The opening also marks the beginning of a new chapter for the team as AMCCO continues to grow its footprint.

Looking Ahead

With September behind us, the final quarter of 2026 is underway.

October brings new opportunities, continued project activities, customer engagement and the opening of the Thika Road Branch.

As we move forward, AMCCO Properties remains focused on creating opportunities for more Kenyans to own land, invest with confidence and build towards their future.

There are more projects to showcase, more customers to serve, more title deeds to deliver and more milestones to celebrate.

Thank You for Being Part of the Journey

To every customer who trusted AMCCO Properties with their investment journey, visited our projects, purchased land, received a title deed or recommended us to someone else thank you.

To our teams, partners and everyone working behind the scenes your dedication continues to move the company forward.

September reminded us that growth is not measured only by numbers. It is also measured by the people we serve, the opportunities we create and the milestones we achieve together.

57 title deeds delivered. A new project launched. Six years of growth. One vision for the future.
