Freehold entails that you are at liberty to do anything you want with your land, as you own it fully.
Are title deeds charged separately?

How does one conduct due diligence on a Title deed?
It’s generally seeking approval first, you go to the land registrar’s office so that they look into the title deed to confirm if the business you are getting into is legit before they give you the green light.
