Core Responsibilities
- System Development: Write clean code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and SQL to build real-world development solutions and integrations.
- ERP Customization: Handle hands-on customization, scripting, and reporting for ERPNext/Frappe to streamline business applications.
- Infrastructure & Hosting: Manage Linux servers, cPanel hosting, DNS configurations, SSL certificates, corporate emails, and Git repositories.
- Network & Security: Maintain local network frameworks including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and apply basic cybersecurity protocols.
- User Support: Administer Google Workspace platforms and provide patient, clear technical assistance to non-technical team members.
What We Look For
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of active experience across IT support, systems administration, and software development.
- Key Traits: A well-organized, clear communicator who can be implicitly trusted with confidential company data.
