We celebrated Diana Njeri as Salesperson of the Month for September. As Diana puts it:

But October brought an even bigger milestone during our Kikuyu branch general meeting: Kevin Njomo shattered the company record of the most sales by an individual in a month and the most amounts collected in a day. We recognized his extraordinary achievement with a brand new iPhone 17 Pro—a small token for record-breaking performance that set a new standard for the entire team. His favorite quote:

Customer Service Week: More Than Just Themed Outfits
Customer Service Week brought energy to our offices with different daily themes—official attire, all-white ensembles, African wear, smart casual, and full AMCCO-branded outfits.
The highlight came on October 10th with Mazingira Day. Our team joined tree planting activities at Ondiri Wetland, each member receiving certificates for their commitment to environmental stewardship.
Honoring Heroes During National Moments
October brought both celebration and mourning. The nation lost Raila Odinga on October 15th, a leader whose legacy shaped Kenya profoundly.
For Mashujaa Day, we celebrated our clients—the everyday Shujaas who work hard, save diligently, and invest in their futures. Through video content, we presented our gratitude because anyone building a better future for their family is a hero worth celebrating.
Major Milestones: Namayian Estate and Global Reach
Namayian Estate Phase 1 in Ngong sold out completely—validating our approach in strategic Nairobi metropolis locations. Our focus on high-demand areas like Kikuyu, Ngong, Kamangu, and Thigio continues to resonate with investors who understand that location drives long-term value.
Our Managing Director's US tour from October 1st to 23rd took transparency global. Traveling across Atlanta, Seattle, St. Louis, and Missouri, he personally delivered approximately 15 title deeds to Kenyan diaspora clients. We don't just promise transparency—we demonstrate it across continents.
Innovation in Client Engagement
We launched our first Facebook live stream from the Ngong branch, and the response blew us away—over a thousand viewers tuned in!
The most common questions? "Is the price negotiable?" and "Are these titles genuine?" We answered both live, showing actual documents and explaining our verification process. That kind of direct, real-time interaction builds trust in ways traditional marketing never could.
We also ran an online trivia crossword puzzle that had followers competing for airtime prizes. The engagement reminded us that property investment doesn't always have to be serious—sometimes it's okay to have fun while learning about real estate.
